2. Products & Orders

  • We offer hairdressing services and retail products for sale through our website.

  • All services and prices are subject to change without notice.

  • Product descriptions and images are provided in good faith; however, colours and packaging may vary slightly.

  • Availability of products is not guaranteed — if an item is out of stock, we’ll notify you promptly and offer a refund or alternative.

3. Appointments & Cancellations

  • Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

  • Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a charge or loss of deposit.

  • Daisy reserves the right to refuse or reschedule bookings when necessary.

  • Appointments can be booked online through Vagaro. When you book online, your information is processed according to Vagaro’s terms and privacy policy.

4. Prices & Payment

  • All prices are listed in Pounds Sterling (GBP) and include VAT.

  • Payment for products must be made in full at checkout.

  • To secure your appointment, a deposit is required at the time of booking. Deposits are processed securely through Vagaro, our third-party booking and payment system.

    • For all colour services a 50% non-refundable deposit is required.

    • For cutting or styling appointments a £20 non-refundable deposit is required.

    • Your booking is confirmed once the deposit has been received, and this amount will be deducted from the total cost of your service at your appointment.

    • Please note that deposits are non-refundable if appointments are cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice.

5. Delivery & Shipping

  • We currently ship within the UK.

  • Standard delivery times are 2–4 working days, though delays can occur.

  • Delivery costs are displayed at checkout.

  • If your parcel is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us within 7 days of receipt or expected delivery date.

6. Returns & Refunds

We hope you’ll love your purchase, but if something isn’t right:

  • You may return unopened, unused products within 14 days of delivery for a full refund (excluding postage).

  • To arrange a return, please email bebeautifulbydaisy23@gmail.com.

  • Due to hygiene reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned unless faulty.

  • Refunds will be processed using the original payment method.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All content on this website (text, images, branding, and design) is owned by Be Beautiful by Daisy, unless otherwise credited.

  • You may not reproduce, distribute, or copy content without written permission.
